Pineapple and Cherry Jello Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Cherry Jello Packets
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 1/2 cup canned black cherries
- 1 small fat free cream cheese
- 1 Coca-cola
- 1 cup nuts
Instructions
- Drain pineapple and cherries, saving the juices.
- Heat the combined fruit juices and use to mix the Jello. Take some of the hot juice and mix with cream cheese to a thin paste.
- Add Coca-cola to Jello mix and stir in the cheese.
- Stir in cherries, pineapple, and nuts.
- Pour into Jello mould and refrigerate.
