For a salad with a special tang

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
  • dash garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup salad oil

Instructions
 

  • Put cheese and garlic salt in small bowl, and beat in vinegar.
  • Gradually add oil, beating constantly with rotary beater.
