Rosy Rabbit
For a flair, fix in chafing dish
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 2 cup American cheese, grated
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 egg whites, stiff beaten
- toast or crackers
Instructions
- Heat soup in top of double boiler; add cheese and heat until melted, stirring constantly.
- Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce to beaten egg yolks; slowly stir in tomato mixture.
- Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Heat thoroughly over hot water, stirring occasionally.
- Serve on hot toast or crackers. Garnish with chopped parsley and frizzled dried beef, crisp bacon, or ham.
