Pineapple Stacks (The American Home Kitchen)
Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 2 cans date and nut bread
Instructions
- Leave cheese at room temperature until soft enough to beat, then beat until fluffy.
- Beat in pineapple juice, then add and blend in crushed pineapple.
- Pour some of the cheese mixture on a slice of date and nut bread, cover with a second slice, and top with more of the cheese.
