  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cans date and nut bread

Instructions
 

  • Leave cheese at room temperature until soft enough to beat, then beat until fluffy.
  • Beat in pineapple juice, then add and blend in crushed pineapple.
  • Pour some of the cheese mixture on a slice of date and nut bread, cover with a second slice, and top with more of the cheese.
