Ingredients
- 6 1/2 oz crab meat
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- lettuce
Instructions
- Scoop out tomatoes, turn upside down to drain.
- Blend crab meat with tomato pulp which was removed from tomatoes, and remaining ingredients except lettuce.
- Fill tomatoes with mixture. Serve on lettuce or other salad greens.
