Blue-Cheese Dressing (Women's Day Kitchen 1952)
For a salad with a special tang
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- dash garlic salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup salad oil
Instructions
- Put cheese and garlic salt in small bowl, and beat in vinegar.
- Gradually add oil, beating constantly with rotary beater.
