French Fruit Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup fruit cocktail
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp fruit cocktail syrup
- 2 tbsp mint jelly
- 6 baked 3-inch tart shells
Instructions
- Drain fruit cocktail. Soften cream cheese with syrup,
- Add lightly beaten jelly; beat until fluffy.
- Spread in bottom of tart shells; fill each shell with fruit cocktail.
