Rosy Rabbit
For a flair, fix in chafing dish
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 2 cup American cheese, grated
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 egg whites, stiff beaten
- toast or crackers
Heat soup in top of double boiler; add cheese and heat until melted, stirring constantly.
Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce to beaten egg yolks; slowly stir in tomato mixture.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Heat thoroughly over hot water, stirring occasionally.
Serve on hot toast or crackers. Garnish with chopped parsley and frizzled dried beef, crisp bacon, or ham.
