Ingredients
  

  • 6 1/2 oz crab meat
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out tomatoes, turn upside down to drain.
  • Blend crab meat with tomato pulp which was removed from tomatoes, and remaining ingredients except lettuce.
  • Fill tomatoes with mixture. Serve on lettuce or other salad greens.
